Ji-won gets her revenge on her cheating husband Min-hwan and her backstabbing best friend Su-min. In the webtoon, "Marry my husband webtoon ending spoiler" Min-hwan and Su-min get married but have an awful life together. Su-min experiences the same bad treatment from Min-hwan that Ji-won originally went through. This completes Ji-won's revenge plan.
Also in the webtoon, Ji-won ends up happily together with Ji-hyuk, the other time traveler. Though it was complicated for them to be together throughout the story, the main romantic couple works out in the end.
Since the Prime Video K-drama has followed the webtoon closely so far, it will likely have a similar happy ending. Ji-won should get her satisfying revenge while also finding love with Ji-hyuk by the finale.

It's great to see that not only does Ji-won get her happy ending, but several of the other characters also find love or improve their situations by the conclusion of the webtoon.
