Dr. Adam T. Dr. Perry grew up in Covington, LA and his interest in medicine came from his mother, who was a nurse instructor for 32 years. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a member of the Louisiana medical societies. Dr. Perry provides orthopedic coverage as a team physician for the University of Louisiana Lafayette sports teams and Teurlings Catholic High School.

He was not only an outstanding surgeon, but also a logical, forward-thinking person who always wanted to provide the best care with the most advanced scientific procedures like ROSA knee and hip replacements for our patients.
He was a devoted husband, father, colleague, leader, coach and friend. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all of his family at LSSH (LISH) and by the many patients he treated over the past 15+ years. It was an honor to be part of his team.
